My order shipped out really quickly and actually got here sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow the whole time, so I don’t have any complaints. Since everything went so smoothly, I’m hoping there might be a little discount or credit offered for sharing my experience.

I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately it just didn’t hold up for me. I only took it out on two hikes, and by the end of the second one the strap had already ripped. I wasn’t doing anything especially rough with it either, just normal trail use, so it was disappointing to see it fall apart that quickly. For something I expected to last a while, it felt like a waste of money.

Not gonna lie, I reached out to warranty support expecting some help, but they really didn’t do anything for me.

I opened my order and realized it wasn’t what I ordered at all. Frustrating because I was expecting something specific, and now I have to figure out what to do with this stuff... just not a great experience.

I tried using Fire Maple Gear, but it got frustrating fast. The menus felt all over the place, and I kept clicking around without finding what I was looking for. A few pages also loaded kind of weird for me, which didn’t help 😅

I ended up giving up before I even finished my order. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but for me it just wasn’t easy to use, and I probably wouldn’t bother trying again.

It worked fine the first couple of times I used it, but then it started cutting out randomly on trips. At this point I don’t really trust it for camping, which is frustrating because that’s exactly why I bought it. What made it worse was trying to get help and feeling like there was no actual human to talk to, just automated replies and no real support

Returning the jacket ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to email them twice just to get clear return instructions, which already felt annoying, and then the refund took almost 3 weeks after they received it. Of course, this all happened right when I actually needed that money back, so the timing was really frustrating. They did refund me eventually, but the whole process felt slow and not very helpful...

It worked okay, but wow, I definitely had to put in some serious elbow grease. I was kind of hoping it would make cleaning feel effortless, but nope, there was still a full-on scrubbing battle involved.

I picked up this Fire Maple stove thinking it would help me save some gas on weekend trips, but it went through my canister quicker than I expected. It works fine overall and boils water okay, so it’s not like it’s a bad stove or anything. It just wasn’t very fuel efficiant for me. For a quick meal or short stop it’s probably totally fine, but on longer camping days I ended up needing to bring extra fuel, which was annoying. Not terrible, just not quite what I was hoping for

I expected the safety details on this gear to be a lot clearer. I kept looking for straightforward instructions and it felt like I was on some ridiculous treasure hunt just to figure out how to use it safely. The directions were thin, and I was probably overthinking everything, but I still didn’t feel confident using it. Maybe it’s totally fine for other people, but safety info is not the place to be vague. I don’t think I’d buy it again

I took my Fire Maple gear out on a windy camping weekend, i was in a good mood after seeing how well it handled things. The flame stayed steady enough for me to cook dinner without constantly hovering over it or blocking the wind every two seconds. Big gusts still pushed it a bit, so it’s not magic, but it never turned into a headache. It packed up easily too, which was a nice little win at the end of the trip. So far, I’m happy with it.

I got my Fire Maple gear a couple weeks ago, my first impression was good. For the price, it feels well built, the metal parts seem sturdy, and nothing was rattling around or loose when I opened it.

Then I noticed a tiny scratch in the finish and one piece didn’t line up quite as smoothly as I wanted, and suddenly I was like, okay, come on now. But after using it, those are minor complaints. Still happy with it overall, just not quite perfect
